final payment: 80 % 28 days before embarkation
In the event of cancellation as a result of the COVID19 pandemic:
a) if travel to Mallorca is not possible due to official travel regulations (lockdown), the charter contract can be cancelled free of charge and amounts already paid will be refunded.
b) If entry and return to/from Mallorca are only possible to a limited extent due to official quarantine measures, the charter contract can be postponed to another charter period within the following 12 months from the charter end date, for a cancellation fee of 20% of the charter price. The cancellation fee does not apply if the charter trip is postponed to another charter period within the following 12 months and the original charter period is booked by another client. The cancelation due to official quarantine measures has to be made up to 10 working days ahead of the charter. If not the regular cancelation rules apply.
