Booking a charter yacht with Yates Mallorca is easy and can be done online with just a few clicks. On the respective yacht page you will find a calendar showing the exact availability of the yacht you have selected.
Weeks marked green in the calendar are bookable. Periods marked in red have already been reserved by other customers and are therefore no longer available.<\/p>

Everyone has different preferences and needs different details to realize their dream vacation. You can book\/order the additional extras<\/strong> described below for your charter cruise. Please contact us for special requests. We will try to fulfill them.<\/p>

Experience has shown that requests for extras often change between the time the contract is signed and the start of the cruise. We always have enough extras available for all yachts.<\/p>

We start planning the details of your check-in about 4 weeks<\/span> before your arrival.
You will receive the so-called \"arrival information<\/strong>\" from us by email, a form to fill in, which also includes the optional ordering of extras.<\/p>

for sailing yachts under 45 feet: \u20ac 150 per week - \u20ac 200 for 2 weeks
(For sailing yachts over 45 feet, motor yachts over 40 feet and catamarans, the outboard motor is already included in the charter price).<\/p>

Bed linen:<\/strong>
20,- \u20ac per person (1 pillowcase 80 x 80 cm, 1 comforter cover 135 x 200 cm)
The inlays for all cabins are on board.
(The mattresses are freshly covered with fitted sheets before each charter).<\/p>

There are a sufficient number of automatic life jackets with lifelines<\/strong> on board all charter yachts in the Yates Mallorca charter fleet.<\/p>

We keep a sufficient number of children's fixed-fabric life jackets<\/strong> in stock in all sizes. To find the right size, we need the weight of the child.

The nearby market hall \"Santa Catalina<\/strong>\" and the surrounding supermarkets are ideal for buying your own provisions. Palma's old town is also within walking distance.<\/p>

We also offer a \" shopping service by shopping list<\/strong><\/a><\/span> \", which delivers the ordered goods directly on board. The goods are paid for when they are handed over to the supplier. For reasons of hygiene, all food is completely removed from the ship after each charter. So there is no food on board.<\/strong> This also applies to spices, washing-up liquid, cleaning cloths, bathroom articles, etc.<\/p>

All yachts at Yates Mallorca Charter are equipped with sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and necessary kitchen utensils.<\/p>

The kitchen equipment varies depending on the size of the ship and the kitchen facilities.<\/p>

Nespresso machines can be ordered for yachts with a large inverter and yachts with a generator. (see bookable extras) Please note that these coffee machines require 230 V and therefore cannot be used on smaller yachts in the bay via the batteries.<\/p>

In the Cabrera Nature Reserve in the south of Mallorca, only those with a valid permit<\/strong> issued by the Nature Reserve Authority are allowed to sail. Anchoring is not permitted anywhere in the nature reserve.<\/span><\/p>

In the natural harbor there are about 50 overnight buoys for which a fee is charged and which must be reserved in advance. If you do not have a reservation, the nature park staff will ask you to leave the harbor bay in the evening, even if there are still buoys available.<\/p>

Applying<\/strong> for a free sailing permit<\/strong> in the Cabrera nature reserve or an overnight buoy<\/strong> in the natural harbor of Cabrera for a fee is quick and easy online<\/strong> on the following website.<\/p>

Please note that reservations for the overnight buoys can be made at the earliest 20 days before the desired date<\/span>. The system does not release any buoys for reservation before then.<\/p>

The date fields for selecting the desired date are highlighted in different colors. These have the following meanings:
dark gray<\/strong> = periods are not yet released for application
red<\/strong> = all buoys are already reserved (fully booked)
white<\/strong> = there are free buoys available for reservation
white with blue underline<\/strong> = selected reservation date
The selected date appears in the field below the date fields and the number of days can be entered under d\u00edas\/days<\/strong>. Outside the main season, the buoys can also be reserved for several days.<\/p>

The Pantalla siguiente\/next screen button takes you to the next page. Pantalla anterior\/previous screen means back to the previous page.<\/p>

A window will appear showing the selection of the date and the buoy price again.
From now on you have 30 minutes to enter the data of the applicant\/skipper, the ship data and the owner data of the yacht, pay by credit card and finalize the reservation.<\/p>

Unfortunately there are no<\/span> parking spaces for guests in our charter harbor \"Marina La Lonja<\/strong>\".<\/p>

In the area in front of the harbor entrance there are public parking spaces with parking machines for loading and unloading. The paid parking garage \"Parc de la Mar\" is about 5-10 minutes away on foot<\/p><\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The deposit agreed in the charter contract must be paid by the charterer before the yacht is handed over on site by authorizing a debit from a<\/strong> valid credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Depositing the deposit amount in advance by bank transfer, in cash or by several credit cards is not accepted.
We therefore expressly recommend that you have your credit card checked for booking limits at your bank before departure and, if necessary, that you have your credit card checked. adjust the booking limit.<\/p>

If the deposit cannot be paid when the yacht is handed over, the charter company may refuse to rent the yacht to the charterer.<\/p>

The Charterer shall be liable per loss event up to the amount of this deposit exclusively for material damage to the charter yacht and its accessories, lost equipment and theft as well as additional services, such as refueling of unfilled fuel tanks, fees for clogged holding tanks, additional cleaning, etc., for which he or his crew is responsible.<\/p>

In the event of a damage event, the corresponding damage amount will be debited from the deposited credit card and the charterer will receive an official invoice for the amount of the damage.<\/p>

This invoice can be submitted with any additional deposit insurance taken out by the charterer beforehand.
Yates Mallorca Charter does not offer direct deposit insurance, so-called \"damage waiver\". We leave that to the insurance professionals.<\/p><\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

On a normal charter Saturday, our Yates Mallorca charter team will be waiting for you from 12:00 noon to hand over your charter yacht booked with us in the Marina La Lonja<\/strong> in Palma, directly opposite the old town and the cathedral.<\/p>

You will receive a warm welcome at the reception office. The necessary documents will be checked, any extras ordered will be settled with you and the agreed deposit will be paid by credit card (Visa or Master Card - no AMEX).
Please check with your bank before departure whether your credit card is authorized for the amount of the deposit for Spain.<\/p>

- signed charter contract incl. terms and conditions
- completed crew list with all data of the passengers on board
- ID and boat license\/radio license of the charterer and if applicable of the skipper in the original<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>

The charterer and, if applicable the skipper goes on board and a detailed yacht briefing takes place, which is documented in a check-in list. In your own interest, regardless of your experience, make sure you receive thorough instruction. A slightly longer handover time contributes to your own safety and helps to avoid discrepancies on return.<\/p>

The boat can then be occupied by the entire charter crew.<\/p>

Please note that there is usually little space on the jetty and there is little shade. We recommend that crew members who are not involved in the check-in spend the waiting time in one of the nearby caf\u00e9s or shopping. Families with smaller children will find large, shady playgrounds in the nearby parks - Parc de Sa Feixina and Parc de la Mar - where they can linger and run around.<\/p><\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

An earlier takeover of the charter boat you have rented depends on many factors which often cannot be influenced and usually only arise at short notice. Is the yacht also rented out in the previous week? Are there any repairs to the yacht that need to be carried out before the next departure? Is the yacht left in good order by the pre-crew? Etc.<\/p>

We can therefore not guarantee an earlier check-in on your yacht.<\/p>

However, our team at Yates Mallorca Charter always endeavors to get all charter guests on the charter yachts as early as possible, because we can also call it a day once all guests are on board.<\/p>

If the boat is ready for check-in earlier, we will contact you on the mobile number provided and arrange an earlier appointment with you if necessary.<\/p>

Please arrive with your charter yacht in the home port Marina La Lonja in Palma by approx. 5 pm<\/strong> on Friday.<\/p>

Please do not forget to empty<\/strong> the waste tanks and fill the fuel tanks at the filling station<\/strong> before you arrive. The nearest gas stations are in the Marina Club de Mar<\/strong> and in the Real Club Nautico<\/strong>.<\/p>

Allow sufficient time for refueling. On normal charter Fridays there is a lot going on at the filling stations and there can be waiting times.<\/p>

<\/p>

After our team has received you and the yacht at the jetty, the technical inspection follows. The hull and keel are inspected by the diver and everything is documented on a list.
If repairs are necessary, please inform us immediately to ensure that the follow-up charter runs smoothly.<\/p>

To ensure a smooth handover, it is essential that you clean and tidy the cockpit, deck, saloon and cabins.<\/p>

The rest of the evening is at your leisure. Guests who are not already leaving on Friday can spend one last evening in Palma and with us in the harbor.<\/p>

You can stay overnight in our harbor or on your charter yacht until the next morning at 8.00 a.<\/strong>m., when you leave the yacht cleared and swept clean with washed dishes, emptied trash cans and all your belongings. In consideration of the following guests, a longer stay on the yacht is only possible in exceptional cases.<\/p><\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The nearest cab rank to our charter port is about 4 minutes' walk directly opposite on the opposite side of the Paseo Maritimo or 6 minutes' walk below the cathedral.<\/p>

We are happy to help you book a cab to the marina in advance. When you check out, let us know when you need a cab and we will speak to the local cab company for you.
